Services

Psychotherapy

We provide a comprehensive psychotherapy service that is tailored to the individual needs of each client. Our integrated approach combines holistic, person-centered, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients reach their goals. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment for our clients to work through their issues.

Meditation Training

Our meditation training is designed to help you cultivate patience, trust, and mindfulness. We provide guidance and personalized attention to help you find balance and accomodate to your individual needs. With our support, you can learn to unlock the potential of meditation and mindfulness.

Clinical Hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis is a person-centered, non-invasive therapy that is based on trust and mindfulness. It enables therapeutic change by helping you to access your unconscious mind, allowing you to gain insight and develop strategies for achieving your desired outcomes

Trusted Resources

We provide our clients with resources from a network of trusted and evidenced-based providers. Our team is dedicated to connecting our clients to the resources they need to make informed decisions about their health. We are committed to providing quality care and support throughout the process.

The average person experiences hypnosis at least twice a day, these are called 'trance states.' Sometimes it is in the form of 'highway hypnosis,' being lost in your favorite movie, or from just 'spacing out' (Barber, 2017).
